Having started diving at the tender age of just 5 years old, Blake Aldridge has gone through an incredible journey that has seen him compete at an international level both in various world championships and, of course, the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
As well as an accomplished athlete, Blake has an impressive track record as a public and motivational speaker, relaying his experience through anecdote and his natural charm.

World High Diving Federation Following his success at 10m culminating in being a finalist in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Blake started cliff diving in 2009 from 20m.
